Pana Connections is a membership platform where verified wellness and mental health professionals exchange sessions using credits — no money changes hands between members. You give an hour of your expertise, you earn credits. You spend those credits to book sessions with other practitioners. A $21/month (or $199/year) membership gives you access to the full network.

Pana Connections is open to credentialed wellness and mental health practitioners across all modalities — yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, acupuncturists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, somatic coaches, massage therapists, and many more. Every member is verified before they can access the network. If you spend your professional life caring for others, this was built for you.

There is no free trial, but both plans include a signup bonus credit to get you started — 1 credit on the monthly plan, or 3 credits on the annual plan. These unlock once your profile is complete (services listed and calendar published). Monthly members can cancel anytime, and there is no initiation fee.

Credits are the currency of Pana Connections. When you offer a session and a member books it, you earn credits when the session is completed. You then spend those credits to book sessions with other verified providers. No money is exchanged between members — the membership fee covers platform access only.

You set your own credit price for each service you offer — anywhere from 0.25 to 3 credits per session. You decide what your time and expertise is worth. A yoga class, an individual therapy session, and a peer supervision group can each be priced differently. The maximum you can earn per session is 3 credits, regardless of session type or group size.

Group session leaders set their own credit price per participant (0.25–3 credits). Each participant in the group pays that credit amount. The session leader's total earning is capped at 3 credits per hour regardless of group size — keeping the system fair and groups intentionally small and personalized. Groups are a great way to make your offerings more accessible while still earning credits.

When you join, you receive a one-time signup bonus: 1 credit on the monthly plan, or 3 credits on the annual plan. This bonus unlocks once your profile is complete — meaning your services are listed and your calendar is published. Take your time getting set up; the bonus will be waiting for you when you're ready.

When someone joins Pana Connections using your referral code, you earn 1 credit once they complete verification. There's no limit to how many referrals you can make.

Once verified, you can browse the Pana Connections network and book sessions with any verified provider. Sessions can be virtual (via Zoom, Google Meet, Doxy.me, and other platforms) or in-person if the provider offers that. You'll see each provider's available times, services, and credit price. Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90-minute increments.

Yes. When you set up each service on your profile, you specify whether it's virtual, in-person, or both. In-person sessions include your address. You can also offer different services under different formats — for example, individual therapy virtually and group sessions in person. Each service is configured separately.

Life happens. Cancellation policies are set by each provider and agreed to at booking. Credits are only transferred after the session is completed — if a session is cancelled, no credits change hands. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your standing in the community. We trust our members to treat each other with the same respect they'd want in return.

All members submit credentials during signup. This includes: a government-issued photo ID, and professional credentials relevant to your field (license number + document for licensed practitioners; certifications, diplomas, or training certificates for unlicensed practitioners). You can also include links to your website, Instagram, TikTok, newsletter, or events. You can build your profile while verification is in progress — billing begins only after you're approved.

Verification is completed within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a notification once your profile is approved. Until then, you can build your profile, list your services, and set your availability — but you won't be able to see or book with other members until you're verified.

Both plans include full community access, a Verified Pana badge, session offering and booking, the ability to set your own credit price, and credits earned through sessions and referrals.

The first 100 members to join Pana Connections get their first year for $100 — half the annual price — as a thank you for believing in this community before anyone else. Full price on renewal. When the 100 spots are gone, they're gone. First Panas also receive early access to the first Pana Retreat in March 2027.

Yes! Reach out if you're interested in getting a unique discount code for your studio or organization. These codes apply to the monthly plan only and are distributed through one-on-one outreach. If you received a code, apply it at signup. Codes cannot be used on the annual plan or combined with the First Panas offer.

Each provider is an independent practitioner and is responsible for their own professional conduct, licensure compliance, and scope of practice. Pana Connections is a platform that facilitates introductions and scheduling between practitioners — it does not employ practitioners or supervise clinical work. Members are required to agree to the platform's Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver at signup. Pana Connections strongly encourages all licensed members to maintain active professional liability insurance.

Yes. Personal information shared during signup (including government ID and credential documents) is handled securely and used only for verification purposes. Identity fields on your profile (such as race, ethnicity, and religion) are entirely optional, and you control whether each field is visible publicly or kept private.
